Doing Hard Things

Mark 12:41-44

41  And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.

42  And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.

43  And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:

44  For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

In order for that we live lives out with GOD trusting us with doing HARD things we have to give our all.

Luke 16:12-14

¹² And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?

¹³ No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

¹⁴ And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.

We can't serve both GOD and something else. Sure GOD wants you to enjoy this World whilst we have it, but if we are using games, movies and things of this world to fill us up then we can't fulfil the full plans, potential and purpose GOD has for us.
